Offroad Community Liability Statement 

By becoming a member of Atlanta Raptors(“the Community”), operated by Atlanta Raptors LLC (“the Company”), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in offroad trail days and activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle damage, accidents, and injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in offroad activities organized and guided by the Company. 

1. Vehicle Condition and Responsibility: I certify that my vehicle is in proper working condition and suitable for offroad activities. I am solely responsible for ensuring the safety and functionality of my vehicle, including any modifications or equipment used during offroad activities. 

1. Trail Navigation and Skill Level: I acknowledge that the Company provides guidance and navigation assistance for offroad trail days. I agree to navigate the trails to the best of my ability and according to my skill level. I understand that I am solely responsible for choosing trails that match my skill and experience. 

1. Liability Release: In consideration of being allowed to participate in offroad activities organized by the Company, I release and discharge the Company, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me during participation in the offroad activities. 

1. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action, including legal fees, arising out of my participation in offroad activities or any breach of this agreement. 

1. Photography and Publicity: I grant the Company permission to use any photographs, videos, or other media captured during offroad activities for promotional purposes, both online and offline. 

1. Severability: If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 

I have read and understood this Liability Statement, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. I understand the risks associated with offroad activities and the potential consequences of my participation. I am aware that this agreement is legally binding and affects my legal rights. I also affirm that I am at least 18 years old or that I have obtained the necessary consent from a legal guardian.
